Text Box: J.D. and Mary Ray have been married for 55 years and have four children (2 boys, 2 girls). Of whom they are very proud of. They have lived on their 98 acre ranch, located 1.5 miles South of Roff, Oklahoma on Highway 1, for 35 years. The Ray’s are strong Christians and give all the Glory of their success to God. Not only has the ranch produced high quality horses but at one time it was known for raising Champion Chester White Pigs. J.D. and Mary did not start out with the intention of having a herd of 85 head when they started ten years ago, the horses just keep multiplying. Of the 85 head, approximately one third are brood mares, the others are weanlings, two year olds, five stallions and one old mule that they raised. The mares are mixed Blue Roan’s, Grullo’s and Paint’s. Some of which have been trained in barrel racing. Visitors are always welcome anytime at the ranch. But if you call first, Mary is sure to have a good old fashion home cooked meal on the table and J.D. will have the fire place blazing. GOD BLESS
